Bad service UIF claim

I am really disappointed, I have to wait to months to get a months UIF . The call center does not help at all, they just say they will send escalations but no help .

One has to complain 10/15 times before getting help , more than 20 emails must be sent to 4 uif emails but still it will take forever to get the funds 😡😡😡😡😡
