Bad service uif

Can someone from Labour dept please help me,i cannot be sent from pillar to post because of im trying to apply for my uif/maternity im heavily pregnant going to Randburg UIF every now and then for something new all the time. My application gets rejected all the time can someone competent please attend to my application and assist as i foresee myself giving birth still applying for my uif my current employer and previous employer have tried getting all requested documents but im getting nowhere
