Bad service to black community

I filled for my UIF at labour department Sandton on the 12 march 2021,they told me all the forms were OK & I should wait for my payment within 20working days,I did wait no payment received even today,so on Thursday the 8th march 21 went labour Sandton in the morning ,they locked us outside the gate told us they don't owe us money,then Rachel Mkwayi said we must all email her our details before 10:00am same day,cos they were only four staff members inside so they are busy with other things, I went home at 9:00am I did send my full names, surname & I'd number to *** but she never responded even today,so I don't know what's happening with my money,me submitting all the documents needed right to no payment, no help its worrying, thank you.
