Bad service second time

I have submitted my forms in August and have not received any feedback since I tried calling the UIF offices but the line just gets cut off this is my second time applying for UIF with no success and I paid UIF every month this is really not a good service as we need the money when we are not working it just feels like the people in the UIF offices don’t want to assist you with anything
