Bad service from the department of labour

Hello Peter I am extremely disappointed with the department of labour. Four months ago, I have app**** online for a normal uif claim to avoid long queues.After making a submission, I received an sms saying they will attend to my claim within 35days,After realizing that it has passed, I started calling to make a follow-up .I was told by a guy named Solomon to apply for continuation of benefits claim so that they can speed up the process, after making that claim, I received another sms saying I will receive my pay out within 7days.Realizing that 7days has passed, I called again today and to my surprise I was told I am not going to receive my pay out because I haven't received the first pay out. Why do we have to struggle this much to receive OUR MONEY from the Uif?
