Bad service from labour department

I app**** 11 Nov 2023. Since then my status says it has been sent to assessor then I was told to wait for 35days.After thé waiting period I made follow up and was told it has been escalated, until now I called again then they told me to go to the nearest office. Yet from the beginning the labour office told me to apply online.
