BAD SERVICE FROM DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR.

The dapartment in Pretoria are useless. We app**** for a wiremans license card in May'23 and is still waiting. Have tried contacting them via email, whatsapp and don't even try calling as their phones are NEVER being answered.

When taking the papers to Pretoria the fee was paid. NO one said a document was outstanding. It took them 6 months to realise one letter from the employer was needed. We were notified on 6/12/2023. No correspondence was received to say all is in order or the estimated waiting time.. And we are suppose to trust them....what a joke
