Bad service from Department of Labour

I'm so frustrated with the Department of Labour, I send numerous emails to the Cape Town, Goerge and they Ufiling department but no luck. I called the free hotline and the lady was so unaccommodating. I don't know what else to do. I am from the Eastern Cape and study in the Western Cape. I app**** for UIf at Beaufort West and sign on the 10 March and receive my first payment. Was suppose to sign again in the 10 April but with lockdown all offices are closed. They Ufiling app is faulty and they haven't rep**** to my emails. They were supposed to send SMS's to confirm if I'm still unemployed but no luck.
