Bad service department of labour polokwane

<p>I app**** for UIF on the 22nd of September 2016 I was told that after 35 days my money will be ready on the 20 October I called the department to check the progress of my claim on to find out my UI19 was misplaced had to bring another one along.35 days checked the progress of the claim there was and an error on my bank form had to make another one well it looks like the only time the check our documents is when you check the progress of the claim because now November is almost finished and my claim has not been processed when I call they don't pick up calls or if the do they will tell you that the system is down. </p>
