Bad service

I went to the Brakpan department of labour today to inquire about my UIF maternity I was told that they close the gates at 11H00 am I was there around 11H30 I asked the security guard because it was written they close at 16H00 he then told me that from 11H00 they don't let anyone inside the premises but he would let white people go in I then asked him from when and y is he letting white people in while I'm told to come back tomorrow He then acussed me of lying when I told him that in June I went there on for my application it was 15H00 they let me in to apply ..he was Soo Rude when I asked him y is he letting white people in he then told me to go across the road to make a copy of my child birth certificate .. asked him y coz last time they made a copy for me ..he asked me who was it ..
