Bad service

The service at Department of labour in Phoenix in particular is horrible, I don't know if they hired *********** staff or it *********** management itself.

I have been going there for several times now for my Uif claim, stand in a long que, sometimes even sent home without getting assistance. And if you get a chance to speak to someone, he is not going to help you, you will be sent from pillar to post, and asked to come back again. If not they will say system is offline. This is wrong because we coming from deferent places to seek assistance, and we pay taxis {transport} to get there, only to be sent home. Guys if you dnt know what you getting paid for dnt come to work, there are lot of unemployed people who will value those jobs, stop occupying space for nothing!!!!
