Bad service

To whomever must hear this Something needs to be done with the structure of the labour department in somerser west to think all unemployed people were once loyal tax paying citizens hours goes by without any assustance and when you do ask a question some clerks gives you rude remarjs like yesterday 'if you have something to say I'm turning around and I don't help you ad I'm doing you a favor coming out here'and here I thought it was their job to assist people they go on lunch 3 people at a time this one guy was outside more than he was inside and still took his 1hr lunch loadshedding is even giving them more spree because now they help less peoe while others stand outside for hours and hours the service overall is pathetic yes I know they have lot to do but I still rhi k somerset west branch is slacking and deliberately not doing their job I'm sorry to say but they need new leadership and a whole new structure I mean uif money is actually your own money that was deducted from your salary the least you's at the labour department can do is treat people with respect Unemployed could happen to anyone even you at the labour department This is only my opinion hopefully you's get it right somewhere
