Bad service by the department of labour

I'm so angry with the department of labour I've been unemployed since March this year and I've app**** for UIF and haven't received a single payment. I've been to the branch at least 6 times spending money I don't have and they always tell me my documents are not scanned and not received. I then call the contact center thinking they might help but they are just as useless as the branch. There is no assistant what so ever and this is not fair as this is my money. When I call the branch they do not answer. I've never experienced such appalling service PLEASE HELP Me get my money.. government has eaten enough of our money. This needs to stop...Kwazi ***
