Bad service by department of labour

Have submitted my claims on the 25 Of May and still haven't received any updates or payments... Have called numerous times and always been told that the case is escalated to the Admin department and they will get back to me... It's 3 months later and still no feedback... These people are not taking our cases serious, the department is failing. Managers and team leaders are not doing their jobs... No sense of urgency... Very disappointing
