Bad service

I went to Labour department on Monday in Sandton and in rand burg even yesterday to my surprise when I got there in Sandton the gate was locked on Monday and when I ask the security guard at the gate he said they only take a certain number of people and they cut at 07:30 both the one in randburg and Sandton and my registration online it says it’s blocked when I called the number on for uif they said they close at 16:00 and not sure why the branch couldn’t assist me cause I went before 12:00 and I’m frustrated 2 days going there and not being assisted and I’m due anytime please can someone assist me
