Bad service, bad experience, bad everything, the worst department

They deserve 0/10. It's the lousest department. Bad experience and service.

I stingly belive that they are just busy eating our hard working money that we the people inject to the system. I actually don't have any hope at all.

It's been 7 months that I am trying to register online and no one replies to my emails, neither feedback on the tickets logged.

It's been 2months since I physically app**** for my hard working money and I still don't have any feedback.
