Bad service at vanderbjail park department of labor

I came to the department of labor on the 11th of January, there was nothing to do as electric was gone, we were told to come back on the 12th, I was cutted out of the waiting line and told to come back the following day again. I borrowed money for transport for two days and now I have to borrow another money to come back the following day. I'm the only person who was taken from waiting line, out of more than 40 people waiting and this is really killing me as I don't have money to come back. At the same time, a security was too arrogant and physically talking to us in not so good way. This is really bad. Their system is offline as well.
