Bad service at Department of labor @ Alberton

The service at the department of labor in Alberton has been the worse. I have been trying to submit my documents but every time I go they tell me something is wrong. I have been going to the department for 3weeks and every time I've been there I get someone new assisting me and the documents I've changed as per the previous consultants advice I still get turned back with something new being incorrect. It is so frustrating because I spend the whole day there standing in the sun. Another issue is that I've been advised that I should've submitted my documents before I gave birth but now they are telling me I should submit on the last month that I receive my salary as I am still receiving up until the end of November.
