BAD SERVICE AND RUDE PEOPLE

We submitted a claim for my husband and was advised that it was rejected as they read the information wrong. The person we were referred to, Andries Roos, firstly accused us of tempering and was very rude and unprofessional. We tried submitting another claim, no response. On my third submission we were informed that apparently it was approved but we have not received a single payment. Upon enquiry Mr Roos accused us of *****. He is very unprofessional and rude and basically told us we should not waste our time with a complaint, like he cannot be affected by it. The webpage is not user friendly and all we wanted was an explanation on how payments will work. I am proceeding with a formal complaint as well as an enquiry on defamation.
