Bad service and no communication.
If there was ever a NO STAR rating I would give it to the DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR UIF CLAIMS. I am one of the many South African citizens who are still waiting for their claims to be paid out to them since August 2020. All my emails to all relevant departments in the DEPARPMENT OF LABOUR, FROM CPT TO JHB, FROM PE TO DURBAN, ALL COMES BACK UNDELIVERABLE. The only email that my mails seems to go through to is the webmaster online support.i have contact and exhausted over R200 worth of airtime to contact all relevant numbers for any Cape town branch as well as the jhb branch and all numbers does not work. The contact number in Bellville, when you call at 07H30 in the morning, each time I am caller number 15 or 13 in the queue. Just before close of business, I call again and I am told that I am caller number 11 in the queue, this has been told on a number of times to me each time I call. I have no money to get air time to call anymore. It is sad to see how the government treats its citizens, yet when it comes time to vote, only then the government wants to make a noise at who to vote for, then empty promises gets made yet again. The officials do not really care about the people and there concerns or their posts on social media. At the department of labour, please abd I urge you to look into these matters as we are slowly going to lose our houses if we cannot afford to pay our rent and loans. This is a serious matter that needs to be addressed so face the music and pay your citizens that you so badly count on for their vote!!!!!!!!!
