Bad Service and *********** Staff

On the 11th November I went to Maponya Mall Department of Labour to enquire about supporting documents that I should sent to PTA.. I was requested by the Department of Labour in PTA to go to my nearest Labour Department and ask anyone who work in that Department to scan my documents and send them to PTA... I went at Maponya and I asked the Security Personnel to ask anyone from That Department of Labour that what should I do? Mind u it was 15H00 and that Vhenda Security gave me cold shoulder and told I can't go in simply because they take 50people a day and after that it's chaile time for them... What drove me mad was that "what happened after assisting 50people?i mean obviously they will return 15 to 20 people home telling them that there are missing documents or stories just because they are lazy..

I waited until 16H00 because I wanted to ask them that what should I do to be assisted.. Then two people from the Department of Labour came out and I went to the one who was with the mother because the mother came looking for her while I was still there waiting from 15H00..

When I get to the lady while with the mother, I tried talking to her and she gave me a cold shoulder and gave me a look as if I was abt to rob her and then took out the cell phone as if he was on the phone and the minute I walk away then she put it back in the handbag... I went home..

I came back the following day at 05H30 and queued in that very long queue... I waited on the queue until 11H05 until it was my turn to be assisted... I went to the very same lady by the name of Mmathapelo Mnisi... And guess what? She told me she can't assist me because "The whole Department of Labour" does NOT have a scanner to send my documents to PTA, she told me to go to Labour Department in Orlando... After I waitied more than 7hours in a queue I was told to go somewhere else by Mmathapelo Mnisi, I felt like crying and screaming... I was very angry..

Something that she(Mmathapelo Mnisi) could have assisted me with the previous day...

Service at that place is nonsense... The security officers very rude and disrespectful...

I felt like the place could just explode because they not assisting us..

I went to Labour in Krugersdorp and I was nicely assisted... LABOUR LUIPARDSVLEI big up to u..

Maponya Mall Labour you need community protest to shut you down..
