Bad service and *********** staff

I app**** for maternity benefit and until to date my application has not been processed nor approved, no one can explain what's the problem and most of all the attitude of those personnel leaves much to be desired. I have even returned back to work without receiving any maternity benefit(payment), I'm beginning to ask myself why we contribute towards UIF cause when you need the financial assistance you don't get it, then what's the point of UIF then.?
