Bad service and conduct

I was at the Mogwase Labour department earlier today, I enquired about claiming for UIF and was advised (rudely) that it's lapsed a year ago.

The man even had the audacity to ask me what I was doing all year while unemployed. I am so disappointed and displeased with thr service and manner of the approach of the employee.
