Bad service

I'm writing this with a broken heart,I've been visiting department of labor In mamelodi for couple of times but I never got help. I ended up doing my claim online to avoid waiting on the long queue. I visited the department again for inquiry but I was send back and I was told that Im not the only person who haven't received the payment so I must be patient with them because they don't have enough staff. I went again after a week it was on the 27 of November 2023 I waited for 5 hours without being assistant 30 min before 16:00 they told us that their knocking off and the system is shutting down at 16:00 .The painful part was a lady she's been waiting for hours with new born baby and toddler she waited for hours and the child was hungry and crying and she left without being assistant. We were angry and we waited and we refused to go and they switched off the lights while we were waiting there it was around 16:20 and it was only 4 of us to be assistant they left us waiting and knocked off leaving us sitting on those chairs as if we're invisible. some of us we're unemployed we borrow money for transport to get there but at the end of the day we don't get help. mamelodi department of labor staff members please treat people with respect and Ubuntu we are also human beings we come to you department because we need help and we are hungry we need to feed our families.please treat us with love and respect.
