Bad service . 7 months no UIF discusting Dept

This is the worst service I ever got from the Dept of Labour. Now I understamd why people are Looting and Burning. I submit my UIF claim on the 6th Jan 2021 and it is now the 19th of July 2021. I still waiting for a cent. Phone numerase times and the say they will escalate. Today I fhoned and same excuse then the lady Andele Ntembu said they are under a lot of work and pressure. This is bull**** our goverment does not want to pay. This no wonder why people get angry. I ask her to get her Supervisor to phone me and I am still waiting. They are very quick to take your money but to pay back is a problem.
