Bad service

I have app**** for unemployment funds in February 2023 and every time when I call to do a follow,they say is they escalating the matter because it’s been long…for the past 4 months I’ve been hearing the same story.

If I didn’t need the funds I wouldn’t have app**** for the unemployment funds,please find it in your hearts to assist us with our money.
