Bad Service

I want to lodge a complaint, at 13:00 was at the department of Labour in Johannesburg to submit my UIF forms , they refused to assist me with an attitude started by security confirming they have closed they open at 6 am they no longer taking people

My question is online of under Labour time they open until 4pm so I don't understand why they close 12pm please assist there and make me understand.

Maria Motasi was the agent they called since I refused to leave her supervisor name Xolisi Jezile she confirmed they no longer taking people I should make an appointment and if she is checking now I can come back 21 October that's my appointment date, since when department of Labour makes appointments? The where only two customers in the building I have a video that I can share

She took my documents saw proof of banking details has old residential address she even wrote a note I can't submit Johannesburg I told her I no longer stay in Katlehong which I can prove it I moved to Naturena Maria didn't want to hear it. Please find attach her note.

She had a nasty attitude the supervisor didn't do anything about it. I was there standing with my 10days newborn baby wasted money that I don't have traveling for nonsense.. Really government institutions have bad service.

I need to submit my documents before it's too late so that I can know when will I get the payment and how long it takes to get approved.
