Bad Service

On the 12 Jan went to submit for UIF and some documents was outstanding, I returned again on the 28 Jan with all the neccesary documents and the disabled man that was suppose to help me refused to assist me stating that I was late (arrived @ 15:30). I decided to go again today (4 Feb) when I got there 2 security guards(Richman Ncobo and Daniel Makgata) refused to let me in stating that the manager (Daniel Kgwele)told them to close the doors. Keep in mind it was 13:50. I can't be going up and down for no reasons. It cost money and stil not get the help you need. Its patietic service.
