Bad service

I tried to call the UIF in Boksburg i speak to an extremely rude receptionist she has no tact or people skills. When she answers the call she does not give her name without listening to your request all she said is that you need to come into the office. Is this the type of service that is being provided to the public or is this the type of service we receive from public servants. If you ask for a office manger you get inform that there is no manager how does these entities operate. This lady is so rude she told me that i will not transfer you to anyone why does people like this even get employed that has zero people skills..
