Bad service

I app**** for unemployment benefits on the April 2023 online, to date i have not received a single payout, i submitted all requested documents and have followed up almost every week since then, the claim was completed by the assessor on the 26 April 2023. Resubmitted again on the 7th June 2023 still no fredback,it's draining calling every after 3 working days.
