bad service

I have app**** for u if since july,after I lost my job, it's has been three months now my claim is still not approved people who came after me.are already getting their 3rd pay out I am still waiting, all the documents are correct, but know one is helping me,i even sent an email to their head office in pretoria,no one is replying toy emails, it's the end of the year I need that cash asap, but no one is helping, I don't even know if the money is still there, this is way to much,i am always at their offices every week, but I am not getting help.
