bad service

I have app**** for materniy benefits at the of November for December. To dates I have not received a single payment. I have faxed emailed forms to ufiling over 10 times but still no payment. I have spoken to the supervisor sipho and everytime I am told to call back in 5 days . Now when I called today and spoke to a maabato she says to call in 5 days as they don't know who in the payments department is paying on my claim. The uif department has this attitude of telling clients to always call back they don't care about the effects on people . I have baby with no income from december what do i do.they have no feedback for my questions or when I am going to get paid. They very quickly take our contributions but when it comes to our claims we have to wait.i am very disappointed in their service.can someone in authority assist.<br>
