BAD SERVICE

I am struggeling to get my ufilling account activated as it keeps on locking my ID. I cannot get ahold of the technical department and the consultant cannot help me and he was quite arrogant.... I am fed up. I need to sort out my maternity uif ASAP and cannot go in as I work 8-5 and on saterdays aswell.
