Bad Service

I am very disappointed of the service of the department of Labour, I have been working for the past 12yrs, I have never claimed for UIF, I am a single parent unemployed at the moment, I went to the Randburg Branch to submit my forms and all the necessary docs, I have asked if my contract was expired will I be able to claim, I was told I will be assisted, I went there more than 6 times which is six months intervals, the 7th time which is the 7th month I was told is approved, I must wait for 7 to 10 days for the money to be paid in my account, the 10 days have passed and I went back on the 15th day and I was told to wait for another 10 days, you can never get hold of them on the phone at all, I really need the money atleast to sort out my ITC so that I can get a job as I am in financial services, therefore I cannot get employed if I have bad ITC report.
