bad service

Hope this email finds you well ,

I write this email with a heavy and sad and most definitely not satisfied with the service I have received from the Alteram call center,

I have been calling and I always get contradicting feedback, I have been sending emails to Nhalnhla but with no response , all the time I call they tell me they waiting for feedback , no stipulation of Turna around times , I call every week and we always at stage 1 ,

It’s really frustrating and no peace at all,
