Bad service

The Department of Labour is failing me. I have been running around since January if they're not cutting the queues then it's loadshedding and then turn people away even though the use laptops as back up due to loadshedding. I managed to get through to a consultant in March at the Orlando branch he however advised me to apply online and took my hardcopies but my application is still not being processed. I call on a daily and the call center just keep telling me that they have escalated the matter but nothing comes of that. I managed to send through an email to the head office and the status of my claim changed to "32" I was requested to upload Ui-19 document of which I did they then requested to upload again but this time it won't go through and I've notified head office abd they said I should send it straight to them but still nothing is happening. This is seriously frustrating, so much time and money wasted
