Bad Service

Bad service. We've app**** for my mother's UIF money in May till today we haven't received it and when we haven't received it and when we go and check they tell us that our papers haven't been processed.. How??? It's now October and there's no way forward. Workers there have attitude. The labour department in Benoni is horrible, i wouldn't advice anyone to go there. Not now, not ever. I'm very angry
