Bad review

The department of Labour in Goodwood has the worst service ever. They never answer the phones or if they do then they hung up and press on the buttons on there phones. I was there 2 weeks there systems are offline they can't give me a Answer to why my maternity benefits hasn't been paid out yet. I was told I was going to get a call from them and up until today they still haven't called me back.
