Bad experience at the department

I was at department of labour in randburg to submit my payout form, firstly the person who was assisting me had a problem with how i had my paper folded, when I asked to assist since he had a problem he rudely asked me,”who’s time will i be wasting, going on i had a query and when I asked of he could assist me or do i need to go to someone else, he said “suit yourself “ when o asked what does that mean , he said it’s my choice to either ask him or go to another person, after explaining what i needed clarity with, he just told me i need to go to inquiry line , with attitude again he asked me to push the chair back, and saying he doesn’t know why we’re pushing the chair towards him while there’s still covid regulations , part 2 of my story i get to inquiries which is supervisor’s office when i get there she shouts “at this time “she tells me they don’t deal with inquiries at this time i was supposed to be there in the morning, they don’t only deal with inquiries alone they also have other jobs they need to do, but I explained i was from another line that i have spent 4 hours on, I kept quiet, and she asked if i was recording her with the attitude , I told her I wasn’t but im listening to what she was saying , she ignored me for about 15 minutes, I patiently waited she then asked me what was my problem, I explained, it’s regarding my payment, she ask “ how much were you expecting “ she was being sarcastic, I explained it’s not about the expectations but I just need clarity as i was a bit confused, I know we are looked down at because we have lost our jobs, they actually treating people like trash, this is wrong, I know nothing will be done on this but I have to share my experience
