Bad experience

We were in the queue and one of the staff started to complain at 15h30 us coming late. He kept on complaining about his bus leaving and he is gonna leave us at 16h00. Some of his colleagues warned him that he never said such things when a team leader is around. 16h00 he left us and there was only one guy who carried on finishing the queue. Why he accepted that kind of joj if he will mourn to serve people because his transport is leaving him. Just ask someone to man for you than just leave.
