Bad customer service

So my mother had a bad experience this morning at the Boksburg Department of Labour. The staff sit and speak on the phone with their friends/family infront of customers at their desks instead of helping them. She sat there infront of one of the staff memebers at her desk after being called to be assisted, next thing the lady there calls her friend and stay on the phone. How rude!
