Bad Customer Care

I claimed for maternity benefits December 2014 and .up to now Its not yet paid . February I went to check for payment and only find out the lady called Nosipho is keeping the forms and has done nothing with them.And she says she called in December 2014 to notify me that she needs my passport copy but I only had 1 missed call with a private number &amp
