Bad Bad Service

I am so furious with the labour's services. I submitted a maternity claim in March this year still no way forward or tangible feedback. The last time I resubmitted the documents was in June and since then I've been calling to ask for feedback - if it's not the system being down, they don't know what my claim status is or they will escalate this further. I am so tired with this service I am getting.

I would appreciate getting feedback because I am tired of calling you with no positive outcome. I didn't even get feedback on the complaint I submitted mxm
