BAD BAD SERVICE

Absolute no one at the Alberton Department of Labour knows what is happening..... i'm waiting since November 2014 for my unemployment to be paid and EVERY time it's a story after a story and trying to contact Head Office in Pretoria is an absolute disgrace as you holding on nearly 2 hours only to notice that the phone gets dropped in your ear. WHAT A DISGRACE...
