Bad Attitude

I went to the department of labour in Marlboro on 16th September 2015 to find out about my maternity application that was done in April 2015. I got there at 06:15 the doors were still closed as they open at 07:00 . We waited until 07:20 that's when they only opened the doors. A gentleman showed us which line to follow and when I got to one of the offices they took my Id and checked on the system. A Mr Kgwele who was very helpful help about 10 of us to get our applications declared. I received a sms on Friday that the UIF maternity declaration was done and I should expect feedback latest 21 September 2015. This morning (21st September 2015) I received a call from a very rude gentleman speaking in Zulu asking me questions and I could not answer as I don't understand Zulu. He didn't even give me a chance to explain that I don't understand Zulu. He just told me that he got no time to waste and hung up on me. My complain is that I've waited 7 months for my application to be submitted and when I enquire about it I get rude responses from people that work there. I'm very disgusted with the service at that branch. I've emailed the branch manager about my complain but nothing was done.
