BAD AND HUMILIATING SERVICE

I have never been so stressed in my life, after losing my job, there supposed to assist me , by making payments for my day to day, I have submitted all documents got two payments, after , they we "MIA" on me, nor responding to my emails, when I go to the Durban Branch , the staff doesn't want to assist, always on "lunch " four months now no one knows how to assist me get my payments, even their head office is the worse..bad and humiliating service
