Backlog a new excuse

I app**** for uif online Dec 2020 as I was retrenched. On the 3rd Jan 2021 I Received a sms that I need to wait 35 days. 04th Feb 2021 I called in and was told to submit my docs. The website does not anywhere state that we need to upload docs otherwise I would have done it. Fast forward to date I still have not received funds from labor dept. I'm told theres a backlog when I follow up however I strongly the assessors are inconsiderate of us. Iv sent emails to complain and still no movement on the status of my application. It's very frustrating to say the least as as citizens our hands are tide and even reading the other reviews on hello Peter there is still no response from the department of labour. You reject people who haven't registered as job seekers yet u clearly need employees to handle all your queries and complaints on this site. Please hire me to respond to these complaints as I was working in customer service as it seems you don't want to pay me, so I don't mind working. This is really affecting people's livelihoods and its a shame from a government institution
