Awaiting payment for 2 months

I am waiting now a whole 2 months for my money, I've sent emails, I've called numerous times but each time they just come up with a different excuse on why I haven't received my money yet and im just fed up for waiting, because it seems to me like I have to beg for my own money. I did my continuation online to avoid long ques at the offices and thought that it would be more convenient just to do it at home and also saving money which I already don't have for transportation and the people at the office asks you why don't you do it online but to be honest this online service of them is not working out and no one puts even the extra effort in to assist you they just says your query has been sent to the department that deals with payment than you have to accept it and nothing comes of it. I have a child to support and I have app**** for vacancies its very hard out there to get a job nowadays so im really relying on that money so I can provide for my child. This people really need to do something about the service they are giving people or give the jobs to people who would do better than them.
