awaiting maternity uif money

On the 20 April 2015 I gave my UIF papers in at the Brakpan branch. They said I should phone back in 4 weeks. When I phoned back, they requested that the dr did not fill a date in, when she completed the form.<br> I went back to dr to get her part filled in again and gave it back to the branch(they faxed or emailed it).Then I had to phone back in a weeks time. When I phoned back, they told me that they do not have the U19, I need to bring it in.I only have copies, the branch has all the originals, but I went back and gave it in again.<br> had to phone back in 1 week. When I phoned they told me they request a date that the dr did not fill in.<br> then I started dealing with the manager, Gave him all the papers again, Which he sent to headoffice,After another few weeks, I still have not received anything from UIF, I am almost going back to work.<br> When I was at the branch on 08 July 2015, he phoned them and still they request the date of the dr. and U19!<br> My question is why do I pay UIF??? When I need it the most, I struggle like this to receive something back.<br> Now they want me to give in a copy of birth certificate and another form what the dr needs to fill in.REALLY?<br>
