Atrocious service for UIF applications

I app**** via ufilling in Aug in 2022 and to day status remains the same "sent to assessor". The contact centre hasnt been ble to provide any positive feedback, just apologies. This is after 50 + calls to follow up. Nothing. My daugters school feels werent paid and 2022 report was withheld.

I call dept of labour and theres no answer. Disgusting service.

Please help
